Starting from January 2010, the Foundation began the implementation of the research project "Inorganic wastes of chemical industry - technology foresight"

The Project is carried out within the Subactivity 1.1.1. of the Innovative Economy Operational Programme, 2007-2013, research projects using foresight methods.

Its main aim is to create development scenarios helping to establish postindustrial inorganic wastes economy in Poland and to identify the new directions of research developments for inorganic products technology until 2030. The long-term goal of this project is to improve the national economy concerning inorganic wastes of chemical industry. It aims at an optimization of existing technologies and at creating new waste utilization technologies.

The project’s consortium consists of the following institutions:
Institute of Artificial Fertilisers, Inorganic Chemistry Branch in Gliwice – - the Leader,
Institute of Environmental Protection, Warsaw
Progress and Business Foundation

The period of project’s implementation: January 2010 – December 2011

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Funds within the Innovative Economy Operational Programme, Project WND-POIG 01.01.01-00-009/09
