This monograph presents a complete set of quantitative results of the Delphi survey on expert and decision support systems, neurocognitive aspects of creativity, computer vision systems, as well as basic macroeconomic and information and communication technology (ICT) trends performed within the project SCETIST from 2011 to 2013, together with their statistical analysis. It contains also a sample of qualitative replies and experts’ comments. The questionnaires addressed the issues concerning decision support systems, expert systems, creativity and its neurocognitive features, e-health, as well as contained 13 questions on general global, EU, and Poland’s macroeconomic and IT trends. This part of the survey has been organized into 2 groups of questions containing 15 Delphi questionnaires. They comprise altogether 166 questions, some of them subdivided into subquestions. The ‘Introduction’ section of each questionnaire presents its main ideas and quotes a few relevant references.
